They type in a service and a town. They get a map with three businesses and the card of the one they tap. From that card they call you or go back to the list.

- The business card. Rating, photos from real jobs, opening hours and the “call” and “directions” buttons.

Who profile care pays off for
A Google Business Profile helps businesses that customers call from nearby.
It pays off if:
- you serve customers in a specific town or a few municipalities
- people search for your service on the map: cleaning, renovation, removals, car repair, gardening, salons
- you have photos from your jobs or will take a few on your phone using my list
- you'll ask happy customers for a review once I give you a ready-made sentence and a link
It's a waste of money if:
- you sell online across the whole of Sweden, with no local customers
- you don't want to collect reviews or reply to them
- you expect to be first on the map within a week, when the map takes a few weeks to respond
What I can't control on the map
- I can't guarantee a place in the top three on the map. Google sets the order by relevance, distance and reviews. What I guarantee is a complete, up-to-date profile.
- I won't write or buy any reviews. Fake reviews break Google's rules and Swedish law, and Google can suspend the whole profile because of them.
- I won't promise results within a few days. The map takes a few weeks to respond, and reviews build up over months.

Questions about Google Business Profile
How is a Google Business Profile different from a website?
The profile is your business's card on the map and in search results: rating, photos, opening hours, phone number. The website is where that card leads. Customers look at the profile first and go to your website from there.
I already have a profile that was set up a long time ago. Can it be improved?
Yes. I move access to your account, tidy up the categories, remove outdated details and add photos and a description. Your review history stays.
Why SEK 1,250 a month when you can create a profile for free?
I create the profile at no extra charge. You pay for what happens afterwards: new photos and posts, replies to reviews in Swedish, updated opening hours and details, the same details in directories and a short report every month. Without new photos and replies, a profile looks abandoned, and customers can see the date of the latest review.
I have a website on a monthly plan with you. Is the profile included?
No, the website plans don't include the Google Business Profile. Profile care is a separate service: I create or take over the profile, link it to your website and update it every month. You can add it at any time and cancel with one month's notice.
Is there a setup fee or an annual contract?
No. You pay monthly in advance, with no setup fee and no minimum term. If it stops being right for you, you cancel with one month's notice.
How long before anything changes?
Filling in the profile takes a week, and Google's verification takes from a few days to two weeks. A change in views and calls usually shows up after a few weeks, in the profile's statistics.
What about a negative review?
I reply in Swedish, calmly and to the point, without arguing. At the same time I help you collect new reviews from happy customers.
Do I need to have my website with you?
No. I'll set up a profile for a business that has its website elsewhere or none at all. If not having a website is holding the profile back, I'll tell you in my reply.
