Online shop · add-on to your website

A simple online shop for local businesses in Sweden

A shop for 10–30 products alongside your website, with Swish, Klarna and PostNord delivery. You pack the orders, and I set up the payments and the emails to customers.

A simple online shop is an add-on to your website for anything from a dozen to a few dozen products. Customers buy from their phone without creating an account and pay with Swish, Klarna or a card.

A shop set up for customers in Sweden

  • Designed for phones

I start the layout from the phone screen. Customers go from product to payment without creating an account.

  • Swish, Klarna and PostNord

Swish, Klarna, card, invoice, PostNord, Instabox and courier. I connect and test every payment and delivery method.

  • Product changes by email

I add new products, offers and prices for you. I give you the price of this care together with the quote for the shop.

From choosing products to the first order

  1. You choose products to start with

You start with a dozen or so of your best-selling products. I add the rest later, once the shop starts selling.

  2. I set up payments and delivery

Swish, Klarna, card, delivery costs, terms and returns that comply with Swedish consumer law. Before going live I make a real test purchase.

  3. I show you how to handle orders

I show you where you see an order and how to mark it as sent. That's all you need for day-to-day handling.

A shop as an add-on to your business

A garage selling parts or a salon selling cosmetics usually starts with a dozen or so products. A shop doesn't fit into the three website plans, because it involves payments, delivery and order handling. I quote it separately and tell you the price before I start.

When a shop alongside your website is enough

A shop alongside your website works well when customers are already asking about your products.

A shop makes sense if:

  • You have products that customers already ask about in person
  • You want to sell outside your opening hours
  • A dozen to a few dozen products are enough for you
  • You handle shipping yourself or have someone to pack orders

Choose something else if:

  • You're planning thousands of products and integrations with wholesalers
  • You sell goods that need complex configuration
  • There's nobody to pack and send parcels

Related services

  • Website on a monthly plan

The shop sits alongside your website, at the same address and with the same look. I build and maintain the website for a fixed monthly fee.

  • AI automation

Customers' recurring questions about delivery, returns and stock can be handled by automation that I set up and look after.

  • Google Business Profile

Local customers will find the shop and its collection hours on the map. I fill in your profile in Swedish and update it every month.

Questions about the online shop

How much does a shop cost?

I quote the shop separately, because it involves payments, delivery and order handling. After your enquiry you get one fee to start and one monthly fee, before I begin.

How many products can I have?

I usually start with 10–30 products, because that's enough to see whether they sell. There's no limit, and I add more whenever you want.

Who is responsible for delivery and returns?

You pack and send the parcels. I set up the delivery methods, the costs, the automatic emails to customers and a returns policy that complies with the Swedish Distance Contracts Act (distansavtalslagen).

Do I need a separate website and shop?

No. The shop is part of your website, at the same address and with the same look.

How quickly do I get paid for orders?

It depends on the payment provider. With Swish the money can arrive the same day, with Klarna and cards usually after a few working days. The payment account always belongs to you.
